GripRelax™ Palm

AU$ 147 AU$ 95.00 SAVE 35%

Your neck gets ten minutes at the end of the day. Your hands get nothing.

Eight hours on a keyboard. A steering wheel. A phone you picked up two hundred times. Then you sat down, rubbed one thumb into the other palm for ten seconds and gave up — because you cannot properly massage your own hand with your other hand. One is always doing the work.

Or it was never about a long day at all. Stiff, heavy hands first thing in the morning if you live with arthritis. The numbness and tingling that comes with carpal tunnel. Hands that have simply worked for forty years. Either way, they are the part of you that nobody ever gets around to.

Palm does both jobs at once. Slide your hand in, pick a level, and thirteen air cushions work through your fingers, palm and wrist in slow waves — with heat — while you sit there and do absolutely nothing for fifteen minutes.

🖐️It squeezes, it does not buzz – The same press-and-release a therapist does, repeated perfectly for fifteen minutes
♨️Warm hands give way. Cold hands fight back. – Which is why the heat runs alongside the pressure, not instead of it
It treats the wrist, not just the fingers – The band that goes hot and tight by 3pm gets its own heating strip
🔋Charges on your phone cable – No dock, no cradle, no reason it ends up in a drawer
🎁30 nights to change your mind – Use it daily for a month. If your hands do not thank you, we refund you

One appointment, or this forever. A remedial hand and forearm session runs $80 to $120 in Australia — and you have to book it, drive there and drive home. Palm costs less than one of those and is still on your desk in three years.

GripRelax™ Palm — Cordless Hand Massager with Heat & Compression

View full details

Before you read another word, watch it work

One hand goes in. Nothing to hold, nothing to aim, nothing to grip — which is the part nobody expects until they see it.

Everything below is why it feels the way it looks.

13 air cushions wrap the whole hand

Vibration numbs. Compression actually moves things.

Every cheap hand massager does the same thing: it buzzes. Your skin feels it, your brain tunes it out in sixty seconds, and the ache underneath never moved.

Palm has no vibration motor at all. Thirteen air cushions inflate and release in sequence — fingers, then palm, then wrist — the same squeeze-and-release a therapist does with their thumbs. Except it does not get tired at minute three.

Three warmth settings

Heat first, pressure second. The order is the whole trick.

Press hard on a cold, tight hand and it braces against you. Warm it to 49°C first and it gives way — which is exactly why every massage therapist starts with hot towels.

Palm runs the heat and the compression together, so the pressure lands on tissue that has already let go. Three levels: 42°C on a normal evening, 49°C after a day you would rather forget.

Wrist heating detail

The ache is not in your fingers. It is in your wrist.

Anyone who spends the day on a mouse knows the exact spot — that band across the inside of the wrist that goes hot and tight by about 3pm.

Most hand massagers stop at the knuckles and never reach it. Palm has a heating strip built specifically for that band, so the part that actually hurts is the part getting treated.

GripRelax Palm hand massager in use

Set it and forget the clock

Pick the level, close your eyes, and it shuts itself off on its own. No timer to watch, no app, no decisions once it has started.

Then swap hands and run it again. That is the whole routine.

USB-C rechargeable battery

No dock, no cradle, no special cable

The reason most wellness gadgets end up in a drawer is friction. A charging base that lives somewhere else. A cable you only own one of.

Palm charges on the same USB-C as your phone. A 2000mAh battery, ninety minutes to full, then 100 to 120 minutes of run time — about a week of evenings.

What is in the box

What turns up at your door

The massager, a USB-C cable and the manual. PU leather over a soft inner lining, 25 by 18.5 cm — it fits most adult hands and looks like something you would leave out next to the monitor rather than hide away.

Shipped from Sydney with Australia Post tracking, 2–5 business days. Thirty days to send it back if it is not for you.

PU leather finish

One appointment costs more than this does

A remedial hand and forearm session runs $80 to $120 in Australia, and you have to book it, drive there and drive home. Palm costs less than one of those — and it is still sitting on your desk in three years.

Questions about GripRelax™ Palm

check_box

I have arthritis or carpal tunnel — is this for me?

We are not going to tell you it treats either one. That is a conversation for your GP, and anyone selling you a device that promises otherwise is selling you something else.

What Palm does is warmth and slow, even compression across the fingers, palm and wrist — the same thing people are told to do at home with a heat pack and their other hand. It just does it properly, for fifteen minutes, without you having to hold anything or ask anyone.

A lot of the people who buy it come to it for exactly that reason. Use it daily for thirty days, and if it has not made a difference to how your hands feel, send it back.

check_box

Will it fit my hand?

The opening is 25 by 18.5 cm and the air cushions mould to whatever is inside, so it suits small and large adult hands alike. Very large hands may find level 5 a firm squeeze — most people sit on level 3 anyway.

check_box

How is it different from the original GripRelax™?

Same thinking, different body part. The original kneads the neck and shoulders with rotating heads. Hands need pressure spread across the whole surface instead of concentrated in one spot, so Palm uses air compression — which is why they work well together rather than replacing each other.

check_box

Can I use it while I work?

Honestly, no — one hand is inside it. Most people run it between tasks, on a break, or on the couch in the evening. Fifteen minutes a hand.

check_box

Is 49°C too hot?

It is warm the way a heat pack is warm, not burning. Start on level 1 the first time and work up. Most people settle on the middle setting after a couple of goes.

check_box

Do I need two for both hands?

No. Swap hands and run it again — fifteen minutes each. People buy the 2-pack so they are not waiting their turn when someone else in the house wants it.

check_box

What if it does not help?

Use it daily for thirty days. If your hands do not feel different, send it back for a full refund and we pay the return postage.
