Return & Refund Policy

At GripRelax, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. Our policies are designed to be in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used personal care products or items that show signs of wear, unless the product is faulty.

3. Refunds & Afterpay Payments

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Standard Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Afterpay Refunds: If you purchased using Afterpay, your return follows our standard process. Once we approve the refund, we will notify Afterpay. Any remaining installments will be cancelled, and any payments already made will be refunded by Afterpay to your original card.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Australia Post), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos or videos of the issue.
  • Your order number.

We will prioritize your case and provide a pre-paid return label if the fault is ours.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is in the shipping cycle, we cannot stop it, and you will need to follow the return process once the item arrives.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account or Afterpay portal again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; there is often some processing time.
