We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and Afterpay. When using Afterpay:

  • You enter into a separate agreement with Afterpay.
  • Payments are split into 4 installments, as per Afterpay's terms.
  • In the event of a refund, the process will follow our Refund Policy, and Afterpay will be notified to adjust your payment plan.

4. Accuracy of Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are 100% error-free. Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have rights regarding products that do not match their description.

GripRelax shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind arising from your use of our products, except as required by the ACL and other applicable Australian laws.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
